Issues With Your Flex System?

  • Easy Ticket Submission. If you are having any issues or need guidance in your Flex system, simply log in to your Flex instance, click the ? icon in the bottom left corner, and click Contact Flex Support. This will open a popup where you can message our Support team directly, and one of our experienced technicians will reach out. 
  • In order for the Support team to best assist you, please include as many details as possible in a step-by-step manner to help the technician in solving your issue as fast as possible.
    • Great examples to submit with your ticket include:
      • Document Numbers
      • Barcode Numbers
      • Inventory Names
      • Specific tasks you were performing and step-by-step process to replicate.
      • Include screenshots or screen recordings if possible.
      • If you’re experiencing an error in Flex5, submitting a video recording using jam.dev can help us review and address the issue!
