Customer Spotlight: Pynx Productions + Flex StaffingPlus

One of the common themes that Flex founder and CEO, Chris Stein, is constantly hammering is iteration, iteration, iteration. (Is that three?) Because of this, when we launch a product like StaffingPlus, it’s a starting line. The work is really just beginning.

So, as we sat down with Mike D’Eri and Diego Torres of Pynx Pro to talk about how things were going with StaffingPlus, not only were we eager to hear about the way the product had improved their staffing operations, but also how we could make it even better moving forward. To be honest, the latter is more important.

Pynx planner, Diego Torres, told us that StaffingPlus has definitely saved time and energy around assigning jobs, job offers, and invoicing. And in what may be the ultimate sign of something working Mike D’Eri added, “I usually only hear from him when something is going wrong and I’m hearing from Diego a lot less now.” This is especially key as Pynx has experienced massive growth recently. June alone was up twenty percent.

As a power user of StaffingPlus, Pynx had already offered significant feedback to Chris and our customer success team. “Within thirty days, there was an update addressing some of the issues that we had talked about.” Mike added, “Those kinds of updates in such a short period of time are always encouraging.”

When we pointed out how grateful we were for their time and candor, Mike said, “Yeah, definitely. This can’t get better unless we tell you what’s going on.” Amen. This is true for all of our products. We cannot be the operating system of choice for the live events industry without open, collaborative feedback and partnerships.

Mike and Diego have provided more feedback about highly specialized situations that they’ve experienced. We’re continuing to iterate and just as we updated StaffingPlus after thirty days, we’ll do it again and again and again. We’re excited to keep sharing all that Staffing Plus is capable of as we continue to have these conversations.
