StaffingPlus: Additions

The response to StaffingPlus has been inspiring, to say the least. Since we launched earlier this year we’ve been blown away by the feedback from the 100+ companies that have leveraged Flex StaffingPlus. We’re thrilled that our customers are saving time and creating more efficiencies–especially as we head deeper into the Summer Festival Season! What used to take hours, now takes minutes. As with all things Flex, however, we have continued to improve StaffingPlus and wanted to highlight a sampling of those enhancements today.

Extended Introductory Pricing

But first, we wanted to make sure that even more of you had an opportunity to try Flex StaffingPlus. We’re excited to announce that we’ve extended our introductory pricing until December 31st! That means you can start today with a 30-day free trial and then continue with our introductory pricing offer of $100 per month, including all StaffingPlus features and unlimited contact inquiries, for the rest of the year! If you’ve already signed up, thank you! You’ll receive the same introductory rate for the rest of 2024! 

New Features

Now to the good stuff. Since our launch, updates have included adding:

  • Ability to view Availability Inquiries/Offers that have been sent and the response information:

We implemented various pages that allow customers to see at any point what Availability and/or Offers have been sent and the associated response information. For example: you can now see if an Offer has been accepted and has a “Yes” response.

    • Where?
      • Staffing > Availability Inquiries/Offers global page will populate all inquiries and offers that have been sent across all jobs and contacts. Read more here.
      • Availability Inquiries/Offers tab on an element will populate all inquiries and offers that have been sent for that job. Read more here.
      • Availability Inquiries/Offers tab in a contact will populate all inquiries and offers that have been sent to the contact.
  • Ability to view other Availability Inquiries/Offers that have been sent to a contact during that date range:

When you are going to send an Availability Inquiry or Offer to a contact, but that contact already has an inquiry and/or offer that has been sent to them, you will see a warning icon next to the Contact’s name. Click the button in the tooltip to view more details about those inquiries and/or offers.

  • StaffingPlus Responses Summary report:

 In the Reports menu, you will see a new report called StaffingPlus Responses Summary report. This report will provide you with all of the Inquiries/Offers based on the selected date range, and the associated response information. You can manually run the report, or set it up as an Automated Function and automatically get emailed the report.

  • Ability to receive in-app notifications for responses:

After you have sent an Availability Inquiry or Offer, you will receive a notification within the system as soon as the contact has responded. See article & video here.
