Job Description
Flex Rental Solutions is hiring a Product Development Manager for our growing product team. This role will manage the staff, resources, and processes required to implement the vision and strategy for new product development and product lifecycle management of existing products. This role will incorporate research and concept development projects and capabilities with market analysis, industry intelligence, and customer monitoring to support product roadmaps and innovate new products, enhancements, and redesigns. This role will coordinate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure that new and existing products meet development targets and support the organization's financial goals.
You will work as part of an established, yet growing product team that manages our Flex Rental SaaS product. Individual contributions have a great deal of impact for our customers and for the rest of the team. If you enjoy working with smaller team sizes, thrive with a large amount of autonomy, and don’t mind some ambiguity, then Flex may be the right place for you.
Location: This is a 100% remote role in the United States. The following states are given priority: WA, TX, UT, PA, NY, NJ, TN, GA, IL
Salary: Depends on Experience Level: 100-110K annually
Job Requirements
You are adept at product development. You have spent multiple years as a product manager and you know what it takes to take an idea from conception to market. You know how to work through trade offs with engineers and come up with innovative solutions that balance technical constraints and user needs.
You have a working knowledge of technical skills and disciplines. Specific knowledge of software engineering, UX, testing, and more will be invaluable in the day-to-day of the role.
You excel at team building and have outstanding people skills. In this role, you will manage and lead a product team of two product managers, business analyst, UX designer, and project manager. You will provide guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the team's success in executing product strategies. This includes but not limited to hiring, 1-1 meetings, continued training etc.
You are a great communicator. Excellent communication skills are critical as you interact with the team. You know how to ask good questions, are a good listener, and know when to speak. You can empathize with others and are able to read non-verbal cues. You know how to use the right communication method for a given context.
You value an agile & iterative culture. At Flex, we aren’t agile by the book. At times, we’ll review the agile manifesto to see how we're doing against the core ethos of agile. We value quick feedback, collaboration, quick iterations, continuous integration, and shipping software often.
Responsibilities

Hire, retain, train, and empower product team members.

In partnership with company leadership, create and implement product development strategies aligned with the company's goals and market demand.

Overseeing the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring products meet market needs and remain competitive.

Conduct market & competitor research, analyze trends, and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities for new products or improvements to existing ones.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, sales and customer support to ensure seamless product development processes and successful launches.

Lead & coordinate product development projects, setting timelines, milestones, and priorities, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Report project status to company leadership.

Identify potential risks and obstacles in product development projects and implement strategies to mitigate them effectively.

Track product performance post-launch, analyzing key metrics such as sales, customer satisfaction, and market share, and making adjustments as necessary to improve product success.
Soft Skills and Other Requirements

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a must. This role will need to work alongside engineers, marketers, and C-level executives on a daily basis.

Time management and organizational skills. From budgets and roadmaps to customer interview schedules, solid time-keeping and project management capability is essential.

Technical skills are important. Specific knowledge of software engineering, UX, testing, and more will be invaluable in the day-to-day of the role.

Job Description
We are hiring a QA Analyst for our software testing team. We are seeking an entry level QA Analyst to help do manual testing of our exciting next generation SaaS platform. This role will help us ship high quality software and delight our customers! This is a 100% remote role so you can be located anywhere in the United States. However, the following states will be given priority: California, Illinois, Massachusetts, Missouri, New Jersey, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Utah, Texas, or Washington
Salary: 50-52K annually
Job Requirements
You are good with computers. You need to be familiar with and know how to use a Mac. You should be adept at using Browsers & Browser Dev Tools.
You are highly attentive to detail and have a tolerance for repetition. We test newly developed features and you’ll need to be able to spot small inconsistencies as well as UI differences. We also do a lot of regression testing and you’ll need to remain attentive while testing things you’ve tested before.
You are self-motivated & and have great problem solving skills. At Flex, we’ll give you general direction and then set you loose. We assume that you’ll be biased towards action and always have your eye on keeping your tasks moving forward.
You have the ability to shift gears quickly. We don’t always know what our day is going to look like. A new, critical issue can arise at any time requiring you to drop what you’re doing and jump into a new task.
You are on the lookout for actionable ways to improve or streamline process. Flex values different viewpoints on the way things can be done. When change to the day-to-day is valuable, we discuss and implement new tools and process.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Verify that all product pieces and components are functioning and meet quality standards
- Identify, isolate and track bugs throughout testing
- Effectively document testing phases, identifying and recording defects, bugs, errors, and other associated issues
- Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
- Work with product managers and developers to identify and improve system requirements, supporting the team in implementing those changes as needed
- Discuss details of the inner workings of code changes with developers to better cover testing a given feature
- Identify and report issues found, then verify that issues are resolved
Additional Preferred Qualifications
- Previous software testing experience
- Knowledge of the Live AV Industry
- 4 year degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math)

The Marketing Manager will play a key role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. Responsibilities
Driving Paid Media:
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand, demand generation, and content marketing strategies to achieve company objectives and sales targets.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, social media, email marketing, content marketing, events, and partnerships.
- Monitor,analyze, and optimize marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to drive data-driven decision-making.
Managing the Flex Digital Ecosystem:
- Manage and optimize the digital and brand footprint of Flex Rental Solutions.
- Identify and evaluate new marketing opportunities and channels to expand brand reach and drive customer engagement.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitive landscape, and leverage insights to refine marketing plans.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external vendors, industry partners, and media outlets.
Qualifications
Must Haves:
- Experience in a B2B environment
- Proven experience in owning and driving a demand generation program
- Proven experience in developing and executing high performing paid media campaigns
Additionally:

We are hiring a Support Tech for our customer support team. We're looking to expand our support team by adding a dedicated support specialist as we continue to grow. We are a customer-centric company, and our focus is not only to solve customer technical issues but also create software solutions that help our customers in their day-to-day operations and responsibilities. We are here to be problem-solvers. We are seeking someone who can help with day-to-day customer support. This will be primarily via email, chat, phone, and web-based screen sharing.
Skills and Requirements
You are great with customer interaction. This position is customer-facing. The ideal candidate considers themselves a customer advocate and champion by educating customers on best practices to help them achieve their goals. Our Support team is most often the contact that interfaces with our customers the most, so our ideal candidate must be professional, courteous, and provide excellent customer service at all times. You put the customer first, and always use empathy to guide how you respond to requests.
You are Flex savvy and a team player. Having a strong background in the Flex software will be critical in helping support customers. However, knowing when to lean on your team to best assist with questions you’re not familiar with is important too.
You are self-motivated and take initiative. Being self-motivated is a requirement as you will be working remotely and often without supervision. Our ideal candidate would be proactive in anticipating customer needs and developing intelligent solutions to implementation roadblocks or technical issues.

Responsibilities
- Assist new customers through initial setup and software configuration.
- Help customers troubleshoot issues they encounter and provide actionable tips to resolve the problem.
- Send technical documentation through help desk documents or customized videos.
- Offer follow up screen share or phone calls when further clarification is needed
- Participate in weekly and daily support calls to discuss difficult cases.
- Assume remote control over customers’ computers when necessary to resolve problems
- Respond promptly and courteously to customer support tickets and update customer support tickets with troubleshooting steps and resolution documentation.
- Improve system performance by identifying problems, researching answers, and making suitable recommendations. Provides guidance to customers on best practices and steps towards resolution.
- Collaborates with the training team to identify customers who may need additional training or support.
- Communicates and documents possible bugs and errors to product development and programming teams in a timely manner.
- This position requires you to be available during off-hours during on-call rotation. Be on call to assist customers who have gone offline and cannot access Flex. It is a rotation schedule for a one week time period. Currently, once every 8 weeks.
